Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive an automated confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Speeds

  • We leverage Amazon's nationwide logistics network to deliver your orders using fast Amazon Prime shipping speeds across the United States.

  • Standard Shipping: 2 to 5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1 to 3 business days (options displayed at checkout where available)

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your shipping confirmation email is sent, please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to populate in the carrier system.

  • You can click the tracking link directly in your email to follow your package in real time.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to all valid physical street addresses within the United States.

  • Shipments to PO Boxes or APO/FPO locations are subject to local Amazon carrier delivery rules and may experience slight delays.

Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your kit arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but missing, please contact our support team right away through our Contact page or at support@teachakidtofish.com.

  • We will coordinate with our fulfillment partner to issue a replacement immediately.
